Message	comes to what you and I can do. I see that with my own personal mechanic. When you have limited time, you're obviously going to pay more attention to the people that have supported you and are familiar with your habits. If Greg's worked on the same car, he's going to be able to diagnose the problem quicker simply because he's the one that worked on it.
